Laiwu Hengye Heavy Steel Forging CO.,Ltd.was prepared to be constructed at the beginning of 2006 and put into production in late December 2006. It is a large-scaled producer focusing on smelting,forging and heat treatment of top grade steel.
The company is located in Korean Industrial Park of Gangcheng Economic Development Zone,Laiwu City and it is a Sino-Korean jointventure.It covers an area of more than 40,000 square meters and has forging workshops of 5,000 square meters.It has free forging hydraulic machines of 2,500T, 1,000T and 500T, manipulators of 25T and 5T,2 sets of 10-meter electric resistance annealing furnaces,6 sets of 6.5-meter pot arches,3 sets of 3-meter gas generation furnaces,and many sets of traveling cranes and saw machines .There are advanced curve controlling devices for pot arches and annealing furnaces.The company is the first to get the ISO9001-2000 quality management system certificate and has also attained the certification of CCS, GL and KR.The products have been exported to Korea,Japan and Euramerican countries and also sold to domestic large-scale enterprises ,which have a good reputation among the customers.
